When you book an appointment with us, we reserve this time especially for you. In return, Little Coco Hut requests 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all appointments. We understand that life is unpredictable and as a result you may be unable to make your appointment, however less than 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited. If you are booking on a Gift Voucher, we will deduct $50 from the total value of your voucher. For your convenience we send a text message reminder 2 days prior to your appointment. Please respond yes to this message to secure your appointment.
Please arrive up to 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Free street parking is available. Please take care not to block driveways when parking. Text on arrival and we will guide you from there.
Late arrivals will result in a reduced appointment time to avoid disruption to subsequent bookings. In the event of a late arrival, the full cost of the appointment will still be due.
Appointments are for one person only. We are unable to accommodate extra people at your appointment, therefore anyone accompanying you will be required to leave.
Due to the nature of our treatments, and to keep children safe we do not allow children in the clinic. Please ensure that you have made suitable arrangements for the care of your children for the duration of your appointment. Inability to attend your appointment due to childcare issues will result in the forfeit of your booking fee.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Refunds will be provided where required in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Refunds for services already rendered will be processed minus the cost to us of providing the service (products and consumables used plus time spent) plus a $30 administration fee.
Please contact us immediately if you are not completely happy with your service within 7 days from day of appointment. Results vary from person to person, can take up to 90 days to show, and cannot be guaranteed. Please ensure that you have a realistic expectation of your potential results before committing to treatment, through independent research and advice from ourselves and other professionals.
Products stocked at Little Coco Hut contain active ingredients and are best prescribed by a professional. In the rare case that your skin becomes irritated, contact us immediately so that we are able to guide you or offer an alternative.

All initial appointments at Little Coco Hut will require a 50% booking fee to reserve your chosen time. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Failure to cancel with a minimum of 24 hrs notice will result in the forfeit of the booking fee. Failure to arrive for your appointment will result in the forfeit of the booking fee.
We accept all credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as Afterpay. We also accept cash and bank transfer, should you wish to avoid transaction fees.
The cost of Skin Journeys can be spread across a payment plan, administered by a third party provider. Payments must be up to date before treatment is provided. Skin Journeys will be paused in the event of a default in payments, and will resume once the account is brought up to date. Please ensure that your account holds sufficient funds for scheduled payments to be processed, in order to avoid disruption to your treatment plan.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase and will not be extended or honoured beyond this validity period. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and can be used for products and/or services. Please treat Gift Vouchers like cash, as they cannot be replaced if lost. The original voucher will need to be presented prior to treatment to verify validity. Gift Vouchers may be purchased for any Australian Dollar amount to a maximum of $1500.
From time to time, we run special offer promotions with limited availability at promotional prices. Please ensure that you are aware of the expiry dates of these offers as they cannot be extended. The usual validity period is 60-90 days from date of purchase, however this may vary. It is your responsibility to redeem these offers before their expiry date.
